  • Our Facilities: Our majority of our buildings are A-grade and insulated more than most new homes. They are clean and beautiful. Wherever possible, the roof is white to help reflect heat.

  • Employees: Women and minorities make up 56% of our workforce, something we are constantly endeavoring to increase.

  • Paperless: We have strived for 20 years to be paperless facilities, and now we have achieved this goal. This not only reduces the amount of natural resources we use, but also keeps very specific chemicals out of the watershed.

  • Recycling: 99.9% of the refuse that comes into our facilities from shipments is recycled. We have bins throughout the facilities and recycle all cartons, glass, plastic and anything else we can find.

  • Sustainable Power: Wherever possible, we purchase only sustainable power from our local utility companies.

  • LED Motion-Sensing Lighting: Most of our facilities uses only eco-friendly LED lighting throughout with motion-sensing activation.

  • Electric Forklifts: We strive to use electric forklifts, wherever possible, so there are no noxious fumes to penetrate your products..

  • Packing Materials: We use brand-new recycled content boxes to ship your products. They contain up to 80% recycled pulp content. We also use paper-padded envelopes and 100% recycled plastic shipping bags.

  • Plastic-Free? Want to ship only plastic-free? No problem, we have you covered!

  • Buy Local: We buy all office/packing and warehouse supplies locally. No one has to use up packing supplies to ship us packing supplies.

  • Electronic Invoicing: When we invoice, it’s electronic, not paper.

  • Verde saves enough paper to produce over 18,000 average elementary school textbooks per year.
