The implementation began with an expedited on boarding process that included inventory transfer, systems integration, and process validation.
Verde integrated directly with the company’s Shopify storefront, wholesale ordering platform, and ERP system, allowing orders to flow automatically into the warehouse management system throughout the day.
Rather than recreating the client’s existing warehouse layout, Verde redesigned inventory locations based on product velocity.

Carrier routing rules were updated as well.
Instead of defaulting to a single parcel carrier, Verde implemented automated rate shopping across multiple approved carriers based on destination, package dimensions, transit requirements, and negotiated pricing.
Subscription orders were consolidated into dedicated fulfillment waves, allowing warehouse teams to improve labor efficiency while maintaining strict shipping deadlines.
Finally, Verde established a real-time reporting dashboard providing visibility into inventory levels, order status, shipping performance, and operational KPIs.
Within six months of implementation, measurable improvements were seen across nearly every operational category.
Overall parcel expenses declined 17%, producing annual savings of more than $215,000 while simultaneously improving delivery performance.
